Maison Bel Esprit creates, publishes and sells online standardised cultural, educational and graphic materials, in the form of printed products that are shipped and of downloadable digital files. No bespoke creation, consultancy service or made-to-order work is offered.
4. Intellectual property
All the elements making up the website and the Maison Bel Esprit products, in particular the texts, illustrations, layouts, templates, photographs, logos, names and trade marks, are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Florence Oberlin, unless otherwise stated.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement within the meaning of Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Some content draws on works in the public domain. Their reuse by Maison Bel Esprit confers no right on the user to exploit the layouts, selections, accompanying texts and original compositions produced by Maison Bel Esprit.
The purchase of a digital file confers a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence of use, under the conditions set out in the general terms and conditions of sale.
5. Personal data
The data collected on the website is processed by Florence Oberlin, as data controller, for the following purposes:
- management of orders, invoicing and customer service;
- sending of the newsletter, on the basis of the subscriber’s consent;
- audience measurement and improvement of the website;
- compliance with accounting and tax obligations.
The data is kept for as long as necessary for these purposes, and at least for the statutory retention periods applicable to accounting records. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be passed on only to the service providers necessary for the running of the shop, in particular the sales platform, the payment provider, the carrier and the newsletter tool.
